How to Start Blogging the Right Way

Once you have decided to start a blog, the first decision to make is what it's going to be about. Starting with something you are passionate about will make it easier to get blogging and stay with it.

Have an idea of a destination, without every really planning to get there. It's all about the journey...sort of like life. And don't feel like you have to get it perfect the first time out.

Before you actually get started sit down and give some thought to the topics you would like to cover. Create an outline of your thoughts that will help create a cohesive picture, like building a story; action upon action, thought upon thought, that brings your reader back for more.

Plan to post to your blog every day for at least 7 days. More if you have it in you. That's where your outline comes in handy, because you can keep building on the outline. This continual posting will get the attention of the search engines.

Plan keywords for your blog that can be used for anchor text. Anchor text is an active link that when clicked on takes you somewhere else. This is going to be determined by why you are blogging. Are you driving traffic to your website or promoting an affiliate link? The anchor text needs to be the words you are using as keywords for your website and will help your website by giving you back links with your keywords.

Make sure that as you post to your blog you are bookmarking it on social bookmarking sites such as Digg.com, StumbleUpon.com, and Reddit.com. These will help get you traffic from people who use these sites looking for content.

Always incorporate a call to action in the side bar of your blog and within the individual posts when ever possible. Inviting people to look at your website draws their attention and lets them know you have something you feel is worth their time. People will almost always come and take a look. Then it's up to you to give them what they may be looking for.

Where Would You Go Without a Destination?

Every journey begins with a single step, but without a destination each step leads you nowhere. You are responsible for your journey and where it leads. People in your life can make suggestions, provide examples, attempt to lead you, but you must take those steps and decide for yourself where they will lead.

Bottom line you are the only one responsible for you and if you don't take the initiative to create a pathway to success you are doomed to fail.

Even when you are involved in a team like CTWT, where you are guaranteed a downline by locking in your place on the team, you still have a responsibility to take action.

You may have gotten involved because it didn't cost much...we made it that way because there are so many people truly hurting right now that need an opportunity for success. But we haven't provided it so you didn't have to work for it.

Each person must make the effort to discover where they want to go and how they plan on getting there.

You will not get anywhere without a destination.

At CTWT we have a destination and we have a plan to get there.

By Dec 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 1,433,600 team members. What that does is it builds the front line 5 for 143,360 team members, the 2nd level of 25 for 28,672 team members, the 3rd level of 125 for 5,734.4 team members, the 4th level of 625 for 2,293.7 team members, the 5th level of 3,125 for 458.7 team members, the 6th level of 15,625 for 89 team members, and the 7th level of 78,125 for 18.3 team members.

So what this means is that by Christmas of next year, every one of our team members would have their first 5 levels completed and half would have their 6th level completed. What can that mean in income? Let’s break it down.

Level 1 pays 5% so that would pay out $25. Level 2 would pay out 5% so that’s $125. Level 3 would pay out 10% so that’s 1,250. Level 4 would pay out 5% so that’s $3,125 and level 5 would pay out 5% so that’s $15,625. So every one of our team members on board right now, could be earning a monthly income of $20,150 but here’s where it gets even better.

The structure and volume for each team member will be in place for everyone to reach 200K Premier Select. So what that means is that everyone now would be on 3 cases of product, so take the $20,150 a month and triple that number. That’s $60,450 minimum because a number of you will have the next level done as well. This doesn’t factor in the global bonus pool, or the Premier trip to Thailand, the Hawaiian retreat, or the 200K Premier trip to Italy.

Now I want each person reading this post to seriously answer these questions. Is there any reason why any of you couldn’t find one person to add to your business each month in 2009, knowing this is what will be waiting on you come Dec of 09? Is there anything out there, that could possibly be paying you six figure monthly income by Dec of 09 on a residual basis?

These are not hypothetical figures. This is a growing company that is paying their distributors every month for drinking juice, taking vitamins, using a fabulous skincare product and improving every aspect of their lives, including their financial status.

Can you do this by shopping at your local grocery, or health food store. No! You have to buy from yourself, by becoming a Pro-sumer instead of a Con-sumer.

If you are depending on your job, trading your time for money, working for someone else you need to take another look around. No matter how secure you feel, all it takes is one pink slip and you are in the unemployment line.

What I have noticed is that companies that are set up as a MLM model are the ones that are growing. Traditional business, even large corporations (look at the automobile industry) are letting people go, closing their doors, quitting business or asking for a bailout.

Are You Looking for a Job or a Business

Anyone that is alive and breathing knows what is happening in our economy.

Major companies downsizing and many closing the doors on all of their stores.

Billion dollar bailouts requested for the automobile industry.

588,000 jobs lost in the month of November alone, in the US.

Traditional businesses are loosing ground fast and the ordinary "Joe" is the one on the loosing end of the stick.

Now this is what I'm seeing, because I am involved in a few different businesses and they are all growing and expanding. Developing new products, moving into new corporate headquarters, offering million dollar incentives. These businesses are heading in the opposite direction of the traditional businesses. These businesses are gaining ground and taking their distributors with them.

The New Year will see many ordinary "Joes" looking for alternatives. Trying to feed their families, pay their mortgage, keep the car paid for...forget about saving money right now. This is called survival mode.

Who are the richest people and what are they doing? What do the richest people in the country promote and what do they recommend for the rest of us to help pull us from the poverty cycle?

I can't say it here because believe it or not it is still a dirty word. I can't believe it, when a business that has been around for over 50 years, successfully building and paying its' distributors using this business model, and it is still a dirty word.

This is actually one business model that is thriving, and from the looks of it will continue to do so.

So the alternatives are there if you look in the right places. The opportunity for success, the option of turning your life around and realize every dream, is all right there if you have the vision to see past the ordinary.

By this time next year you could be amoung the wealthy instead of impoverished. You could be helping others realize their dreams, helping family step up their lifestyle, showing ex-coworkers how to walk away from their jobs. You could hold the answer because you had perserverence and recognized the business model that the wealthy recommend.

You need to get to know me. You need to email me or call me and talk to me about where you're at and how I can help you.

Stuff your fear. Stuff your wariness. Stuff your attitude that says, I've heard that all before and take another look. I have something to share with you that is different than anything you have ever seen before.

Get rid of all that junk you have been promoting. All that cr*p that's sucking up your time and getting you nowhere. Be honest with yourself, that only fools fall for any of that junk anyway and you'll never be able to build a sustaining, profitable business with a bunch of fools. Anyone who is successful in this business is not promoting the junk. They are involved in legitimate, secure, viable businesses that are actively growing, with new product, new incentives, and unprecedented expansion. And they are doing it now, while the rest of the country is quickly drowning, and tossing people aside like they are dead weight.

We have heard how it is better to teach a man to fish than to simply fill his plate and let him eat. For if a man is not taught how to meet his own needs he will forever be dependent on someone else to do it for him.

It is human nature, I think, to want others to do for us. After all, that is the way we come into this world. We need our mother to feed and care for us. We need our father to go to work so he can provide for our food, lodging, and clothing. All our basic needs are met from the time we take our first breath. At least this is how it is supposed to be.

We all know that this is not always the way it works. But ideally it does.

Once we reach adolecence we begin to learn how to take care of ourselves. And depending on how good a job our parents have done down through the ages, we each learn that we reap what we sow and no one is deserving of a free ride. The work must be done for the harvest to be plentiful.

You can sit around and complain about the weather, be negative about your yield, and feel sorry for yourself with the outcome. But none of that will produce better results the next time around.

Better to spend your time improving the soil, so it will have more nutrients, hold more moisture and present a higher yield your next time around.

I am involved with a team that teaches men to fish. A team that sees the cup half full. A team that feeds the soil with dreams and tends the crops with hope and expects the highest yield of success.

I work retail and the store is like deader than it has ever been. My managers are nervously working to help the sales staff with tools on how to improve the few sales we are getting.

And it looks like things will be getting worse before they start getting any better. But for many of us there is hope. And for any who have an open heart and vision this will go beyond hope to reality.

Gerald Celente

The man who predicted the 1987 stock market crash and the fall of the Soviet Union is now forecasting revolution in America, food riots and tax rebellions - all within four years, while cautioning that putting food on the table will be a more pressing concern than buying Christmas gifts by 2012.

Gerald Celente, the CEO of Trends Research Institute, is renowned for his accuracy in predicting future world and economic events, which will send a chill down your spine considering what he told Fox News this week.

Celente says that by 2012 America will become an undeveloped nation, that there will be a revolution marked by food riots, squatter rebellions, tax revolts and job marches, and that holidays will be more about obtaining food, not gifts.

"We're going to see the end of the retail Christmas….we're going to see a fundamental shift take place….putting food on the table is going to be more important that putting gifts under the Christmas tree," said Celente, adding that the situation would be "worse than the great depression".

"America's going to go through a transition the likes of which no one is prepared for," said Celente, noting that people's refusal to acknowledge that America was even in a recession highlights how big a problem denial is in being ready for the true scale of the crisis.

Celente, who successfully predicted the 1997 Asian Currency Crisis, the subprime mortgage collapse and the massive devaluation of the U.S. dollar, told UPI in November last year that the following year would be known as "The Panic of 2008," adding that "giants (would) tumble to their deaths," which is exactly what we have witnessed with the collapse of Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns and others. He also said that the dollar would eventually be devalued by as much as 90 per cent.

The consequence of what we have seen unfold this year would lead to a lowering in living standards, Celente predicted a year ago, which is also being borne out by plummeting retail sales figures.

The prospect of revolution was a concept echoed by a British Ministry of Defence report last year, which predicted that within 30 years, the growing gap between the super rich and the middle class, along with an urban underclass threatening social order would mean, "The world's middle classes might unite, using access to knowledge, resources and skills to shape transnational processes in their own class interest," and that, "The middle classes could become a revolutionary class."

In a separate recent interview, Celente went further on the subject of revolution in America.

"There will be a revolution in this country," he said. "It's not going to come yet, but it's going to come down the line and we're going to see a third party and this was the catalyst for it: the takeover of Washington, D. C., in broad daylight by Wall Street in this bloodless coup. And it will happen as conditions continue to worsen."

"The first thing to do is organize with tax revolts. That's going to be the big one because people can't afford to pay more school tax, property tax, any kind of tax. You're going to start seeing those kinds of protests start to develop."

"It's going to be very bleak. Very sad. And there is going to be a lot of homeless, the likes of which we have never seen before. Tent cities are already sprouting up around the country and we're going to see many more."

"We're going to start seeing huge areas of vacant real estate and squatters living in them as well. It's going to be a picture the likes of which Americans are not going to be used to. It's going to come as a shock and with it, there's going to be a lot of crime. And the crime is going to be a lot worse than it was before because in the last 1929 Depression, people's minds weren't wrecked on all these modern drugs - over-the-counter drugs, or crystal meth or whatever it might be. So, you have a huge underclass of very desperate people with their minds chemically blown beyond anybody's comprehension."

The American Dream Slipping Away…

What do you see happening to the American Dream?

Do we even dream anymore? How long has it been since you allowed yourself to think about anything but how you were going to pay the mortgage this month, let alone consider how you are going to send your children to college or take a vacation.

Your most recent concerns have probably been whether you are going to wake up in the morning and have a job or not.

800,000 jobs lost in the U.S. in 2008. Banks refusing to lend money. Major long time businesses filing bankruptcy and going under, throwing the stock market into a downward spiral that has the nation in shock.

Do you really think this is all going to go away? I think not. I think it will get worse before it gets better.

Yet you have the rich saying this is the time to take advantage of the economy and get richer, yes richer! While the middle class is disappearing all together and the poor are getting poorer.

Yet there is a sector of the economy that is not concerned with any of this drama. This sector continues to grow and produce wealth.

I’m talking about the MLM industry. An industry where people can start their own business for a mere pentance of what it takes to start a traditional business. An industry where people can team up and pool their resources (if they are smart, as opposed to competitive). This is an industry that feeds upon itself and grows layer by layer, getting bigger and stronger with each new layer. An industry of consumers who make their money off their consumption.

What an interesting idea. An industry where you buy consumables from yourself, and in consuming and having to buy more you are paid more. Have you ever gone to the store and said to yourself as you are spending your money, I am getting paid.

It’s called being a Prosumer. And it is a very smart way to live your life.

There is no better business than a MLM business. Where you build a community of consumers that build your wealth for you as they consume the product. You support each other by the consumption of the product.

Economic Downturn Doesn't Affect Direct Sales

The current economic situation has people clamping shut their wallets and holding their cards close to their chest. Not wanting to make commitments to anything new, housing sales are in the toilet and retailers are looking at a bleak holiday season. People are walking away from a lifetime of commitment leaving their lives behind because they can't meet their obligations.

People getting downsized and hours getting cut, the average joe doesn't know what he's going to do with no future in sight.

But statics show a positive trend in direct selling. Even in this historic economic slump, there is a trend that belies the horror of the headlines. There are people taking the high road and getting on board with companies that have a proven business model. They know what works in the field and continue to develop great products. These companies know their markets and provide everything an entrepreneur needs to be successful.

I've been looking for a home based business for some time that would actually work, and make me enough money to create freedom in my life. At one point not too long ago, I filled in a capture page much like the one you will find here, and I got a call from someone wanting to send me to a website to fill out a questionaire. No information about what the opportunity was about. Just wanted me to jump through some hoops. But I wasn't interested in jumping through any hoops. So I just didn't.

Well she started calling me and emailing me, but I didn't respond. It had all become too familiar. I was loosing hope. Tired of the hype I just didn't want to play anymore.

I realized in my heart that without hope I was out of options. I wouldn't try anymore. I wouldn't dream anymore. There was no business out there that held the answer, no more possiblility of freedom. Just the same dead path of constant stress about where the money was going to come from to pay my mortgage, my credit card debt, gas for my car, food for my son.

Find another JOB. That was always the answer right?

Then a friend Skyped me about an opportunity he had just joined and told me I should get in.

I looked at it and thought, "Man, another MLM." I wasn't impressed and was ready to turn my back on the whole thing. But my friend wouldn't give up. He said you have to look at this thing. It's different than all the others. Everybody's commited to everyones elses success and they work together to build everyone's downline. It's guaranteed! You can't fail at this business. If you get in you can't fail. You've got to get in now. It's building fast and you want to get in NOW!

He was desparate for me to get in. So I said, Okay. I would give it one more go. It only cost $35.00 which was nothing really. I could come up with that. Who couldn't come up with $35.00 to invest in themselves. And if it worked? I let myself hope one more time.

Then I accepted the invite to join the Social Site that the members were building. After spending a little time there and seeing a bit of what was going on and meeting some of the people, that little seed of faith that was still there was quivering with life.

Well, the rest is history.

I just got the final "Wish You Luck" email from the person about that other opportunity. With conviction in my heart this is how I responded to her.

It would have been good to know right away that your opportunity was with
_________. How are you really doing with it?

I know of a few Network Marketers who have recently switched companies who were with ________. One was thousands of dollars in debt and almost lost her marriage over it. She had listened to her upline and did exactly as they told her to do. She has since moved over into a company I am now actively involved in.

Shellie, I have been doing the MLM search for a long time and have hooked up with a lot of different companies. I was so burnt out that I was just about ready to give
up. Then a friend of mine literally pleaded with me to get in on an opportunity with a group of wonderful human beings called Changing the World Together.

A Fairy Tale Message

One of the things Mike has said that really sticks with me no matter what opportunity I am looking at is, "It's not about the product!" It's about the system, and having a system that is duplicatable, that anyone can use to create success in their lives.

In the seemingly make-believe story below, you will see the makings of a system that not only is duplicatable, but by being a part of the team can have massive effect on your life and every life this system touches, if people decide to get involved. And this system can be applied to any opportunity! All it takes is heart and the desire to help others.

Take a look.

Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, there lived a man who had a dream. Let's call him "Rick".

Now Rick had watched the world in which he lived, and slowly grew to realise that it was not a good place. Most of the people were spending their time toiling away, being "rewarded" with just enough to feed their families, while a small number of people were building huge piles of gold that just sat there, earning more gold. Indeed, many people did not have an opportunity to toil at all, and they were very unhappy people.

One day, Rick asked himself "why should all that gold simply sit there, when all these other people could make use of it?" It was from this point that Rick started to form a plan. He could see that the world was working the wrong way, empires built on greed were crumbling, proving that their way was not the right way. Rick's plan was to organise the ordinary people, those who toiled, and those unable to toil, get them working together, and free them from their slavery.

The plan was a good one, but it was very similar to ones that had been tried before. The difference with Rick's idea was that the gold would not be accumulated by a few people at the top, but large quantities of it would be invested back, allowing more and more people to join them. So, one day Rick started telling some friends about his plan, sharing his vision with people he thought would understand. He was right, they realised the truth in what he said, and were eager to share the vision with their other friends.

And so it was that one man became 6 people, which in turn became 31 people, and very shortly there were FIVE HUNDRED people who had heard the plan, and shared Rick's vision. This was all in a very short space of time, and Rick KNEW he had been right all along. It was only a matter of time before hundreds more would hear the tale, and join their friends. Hundreds would become thousands, thousands would become tens of thousands... who knew where it would stop, if at all?

People from all corners of the earth came together, with a vision of freeing themselves from slavery, and using the fruits of their own freedom to help others. Before long, people were acquiring gold of their own and enjoying freedom for the first time in their lives. But these were good people, they did not put their feet up and say "I'm alright Jack", they had seen that approach before from the bad people. No, these people put aside some of their gold, in some cases large piles of it, and this was then used to help other people start their journey out of slavery.

Everyone was happy, those who were already free made real efforts to help others, those who were just beginning their journey felt loved and supported in their efforts. In fact, while the early pioneers had made a start based on pure voluntary efforts, many people were now being paid to handle those things. These were not the minimum wages of the bad old days, but good wages that more than provided for their needs, while they were working towards full freedom.

And they all lived happ....
