
Every journey begins with a single step, but without a destination each step leads you nowhere. You are responsible for your journey and where it leads. People in your life can make suggestions, provide examples, attempt to lead you, but you must take those steps and decide for yourself where they will lead.
Bottom line you are the only one responsible for you and if you don't take the initiative to create a pathway to success you are doomed to fail.
Even when you are involved in a team like CTWT, where you are guaranteed a downline by locking in your place on the team, you still have a responsibility to take action.
You may have gotten involved because it didn't cost much...we made it that way because there are so many people truly hurting right now that need an opportunity for success. But we haven't provided it so you didn't have to work for it.
Each person must make the effort to discover where they want to go and how they plan on getting there.
You will not get anywhere without a destination.

Here is how it works:
We began building this team earnestly in September, and when we ended the month of December, we roughly had around 350 people with Changing the World 2gether, and what I would like to do now, is show you what can happen when everyone on our team FOCUS’S on bringing one new person onto our team every 30 days.
By Jan 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 700 members. What that does is it builds the front line 5 for 70 team members, the 2nd level of 25 for 14 team members, the 3rd level of 125 for 3 team members and the 4th level of 625 for 1 team member.
By Feb 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 1,400 members. What that does is it builds the front line 5 for 140 team members, the 2nd level of 25 for 28 team members, the 3rd level of 125 for 5.6 team members and the 4th level of 625 for 2.2 team members.
By Mar 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 2,800 members. What that does is it builds the front line 5 for 280 team members, the 2nd level of 25 for 28 team members, the 3rd level of 125 for 11.2 team members and the 4th level of 625 for 4.5 team members.
By April 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 5,600 members. What that does is it builds the front line 5 for 560 team members, the 2nd level of 25 for 112 team members, the 3rd level of 125 for 22.4 members, the 4th level of 625 people for 9 team members and the 5th level of 3,125 for 1 team member.
By May 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 11,200 members. By Dec 19th, if everyone on our team will bring in just ONE person each, we will grow our team to 1,433,600 team members. What that does is it builds the front line 5 for 143,360 team members, the 2nd level of 25 for 28,672 team members, the 3rd level of 125 for 5,734.4 team members, the 4th level of 625 for 2,293.7 team members, the 5th level of 3,125 for 458.7 team members, the 6th level of 15,625 for 89 team members, and the 7th level of 78,125 for 18.3 team members.
So what this means is that by Christmas of next year, every one of our team members would have their first 5 levels completed and half would have their 6th level completed. What can that mean in income? Let’s break it down.
Level 1 pays 5% so that would pay out $25. Level 2 would pay out 5% so that’s $125. Level 3 would pay out 10% so that’s 1,250. Level 4 would pay out 5% so that’s $3,125 and level 5 would pay out 5% so that’s $15,625. So every one of our team members on board right now, could be earning a monthly income of $20,150 but here’s where it gets even better.
The structure and volume for each team member will be in place for everyone to reach 200K Premier Select. So what that means is that everyone now would be on 3 cases of product, so take the $20,150 a month and triple that number. That’s $60,450 minimum because a number of you will have the next level done as well. This doesn’t factor in the global bonus pool, or the Premier trip to Thailand, the Hawaiian retreat, or the 200K Premier trip to Italy.
Now I want each person reading this post to seriously answer these questions. Is there any reason why any of you couldn’t find one person to add to your business each month in 2009, knowing this is what will be waiting on you come Dec of 09? Is there anything out there, that could possibly be paying you six figure monthly income by Dec of 09 on a residual basis?
These are not hypothetical figures. This is a growing company that is paying their distributors every month for drinking juice, taking vitamins, using a fabulous skincare product and improving every aspect of their lives, including their financial status.
Can you do this by shopping at your local grocery, or health food store. No! You have to buy from yourself, by becoming a Pro-sumer instead of a Con-sumer.
If you are depending on your job, trading your time for money, working for someone else you need to take another look around. No matter how secure you feel, all it takes is one pink slip and you are in the unemployment line.
What I have noticed is that companies that are set up as a MLM model are the ones that are growing. Traditional business, even large corporations (look at the automobile industry) are letting people go, closing their doors, quitting business or asking for a bailout.
